About the Role

At Center Inn, we are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Front Desk/Night Audit staff member on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay. Additionally, you will be responsible for the accurate completion of nightly audits and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check-in guests with a warm and friendly attitude, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Answer phone calls and provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Conduct night audit procedures, including the accurate completion of reports and balancing of accounts.
  • Assist with the overall cleanliness and appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and events to effectively assist guests.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure the security of guest information and belongings.
  • Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of hotel management software.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for providing outstanding service.
